Confirm it’s yours
If your email address uses the same domain as the website on your listing, the claim is approved straight away. Otherwise, tell us how you’re connected to the business and our team reviews it, usually within 1–2 business days.
Frequently asked questions
Does it cost anything to claim my listing?
No. Claiming your listing is free, and so is everything described on this page: editing your details, listing analytics, verification and team access. You don’t need a credit card.
Why is my business already listed?
We list asbestos businesses across Australia and New Zealand from publicly available information so people can find licensed help. Claiming your listing lets you check and correct those details yourself.
What if my email address doesn’t match my website?
You can still claim the listing. Tell us how you’re connected to the business, for example your role, the business phone number or your ABN/NZBN. Our team reviews claims, usually within 1–2 business days, and emails you the outcome.
Someone else has already claimed my business. What can I do?
Contact us with details of your connection to the business and we’ll look into it.
Can I manage more than one listing?
Each account manages one listing. If you run more than one business, use a separate account for each.
My business isn’t listed. Can I add it?
Yes. Create a free account and submit your listing from your dashboard. Our team reviews new listings before they appear in the directory.
